Termi offers optional Last.fm scrobbling. If you connect your Last.fm account, the app will send track metadata (song title, artist, album) to Last.fm's servers as you listen. This is entirely opt-in — the feature is off by default and can be disconnected at any time in Settings.
Your Last.fm credentials are stored locally on your device using a secure session token. We never see your Last.fm password. Last.fm's own privacy policy governs how they handle your scrobble data.
The WiFi Transfer feature runs a local HTTP server on your device so you can send files from a computer on the same network. All transfers happen locally — files go directly from your computer to your device. No data passes through any external server.
The server is off by default and only runs when you explicitly start it. A one-time PIN is required for each session.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple through StoreKit. Termi does not collect, store, or transmit any payment information. Purchase receipts are validated on-device through Apple's standard APIs.
Termi contains no third-party analytics SDKs, no crash reporting services, and no advertising frameworks. We collect no telemetry about how you use the app.
Termi does not knowingly collect any personal information from children under 13. The app contains no features designed to collect data from minors.
All content you import into Termi — music files, EPUB books, writing documents — is stored in your device's app sandbox. You can delete any or all of it at any time from within the app. Deleting the app removes all locally stored data.
If this policy changes materially, we'll update the effective date at the top and note what changed. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
